Outlaw Posted December 19, 2001 Share Posted December 19, 2001 I know some of you may be a little sensitive to this...but Obi-Wan may be released as early as 12/20/01 for the X-Box. Many people were turned off a year ago when it was canned for the PC. The game graphically will not be nearly as photo real as JK2, yet it will have some things going for it. Large open levels, reflective water, bump mapping, and a duel analog game controller which is good for this type of game. Don't get me wrong here, I just purchased a new Dell for the release of JK2 this spring, but Obi-Wan should be fun in the meantime. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lord_FinnSon Posted December 19, 2001 Share Posted December 19, 2001 I'm also gonna purchase new componets for my PC(actually, I'm taking almost every possible older component out of it, so it's gonna be practically new after it), not because of JK2 is coming(though it makes my purchase much more justifiable), but because it just can't keep up with newer games. Obi-Wan might be awesome game for X-Box owners, who don't have computers(or enough money for buying one), just as JK2 is for us. Either way, more people can have fun slashing saber at each other, so as a SW fan I'm not gonna kick down Obi even though it broke my heart...
