Boba Rhett Posted March 11, 2002 Posted March 11, 2002 You won't have to sit with a light bulb in your face to play GBA games anymore! With this handy little modification, you can use your tv as the view screen! As seen here: SWEET! You can order them here: http://www.gamegizmo.com/gbatv.html I would buy one today if it wasn't for them trying to screw people in the price department. What's that? You want to know what the price is? Get this, 80 dollars. Super cool but I'm not going to pay that much for some wires and two custom screw drivers in a do-it-yourself kit. I'm serious, that's ALL you get for eighty bucks. Parts: GBA TV Adapter 2 Customer Screw Drivers A/V & S-Video Cable
Boba Rhett Posted March 11, 2002 Author Posted March 11, 2002 Eep. Can't the image tags be enabled, Sherack?
Sherack Nhar Posted March 12, 2002 Posted March 12, 2002 I thought they were...I guess not. And I'm not about to make an exception for you Anyway, that kinda defeat the purpose of a handheld. It's just like a SNES now, but with less buttons. Not very exciting IMO :-/
MtBlanc Posted March 12, 2002 Posted March 12, 2002 *MtBlanc thinks back to the Super Game Boy for SNES* Ah, those were the days...
Boba Rhett Posted March 12, 2002 Author Posted March 12, 2002 I have one of those things. Apparently their a pretty hot item now.
G0SP0DAR Posted March 21, 2002 Posted March 21, 2002 Although I never had a Super Game Boy, it did add a lot of features that didn't normally come with Game Boy games. This here contraption costs a lot more than a Super Game Boy and seems to have a lot less stuff. I still can't make up my mind on whether I'd get it even if it were cheaper. I'll just stick to my emulator for now
