How cool would it be to have an auto taunt every time you scored a frag. I think Nelsons laugh from 'The Simpsons' would be good for me. It would definately rock saying "Rebel Scum" after killing someone hehe. They had clear commands and some nice taunts that allowed your character to go "WOOHOO" and then dance on the corpse. I loved that part of T2. I hope there is some sort of setup like this for multi. If you want to be 13 that's fine, but must I constantly be reminded that you are? Naturally I can turn these things off, etc... but, I don't miss an opportunity to *****. elenex Posted March 20, 2002 Share Posted March 20, 2002 Most mature Tribes players use them more for communication...I have the enemy flag, I need an escort, etc etc. But it's nice to be able to say Damnit! or You Idiot! when the occassion calls for it. :] Also, with soundpacks such as Team 5150's, classic lines from movies (including Star Wars) are involved. Kurgan Posted March 20, 2002 Share Posted March 20, 2002 I'll all for it, as long as the ability to turn off some/all of them is in place (for example, UT let you disable auto taunting), because some people jam on the buttons just to annoy you.. ; p But they can certainly be fun and add a bit more "zest" to the gaming experience. It'd be cool to use Kyle's one-liners in SP as well.. (I know this isn't Duke or Serious Sam, but it'd be fun nonetheless... ).
