Something like that, because most other games have them like http://www.planettribes.com and http://www.planethalflife.com.... And Way more so why wouldn't JEDI KNIGHT have one? i hope its true. It was delayed for weeks and weeks, then it finally launched, but then rarely saw updates after a certain period.
