You have to find Lando. He gives you the password.

 

If I recall correctly, the path to where Lando is being held starts in a room that has a destroyable box. The room is actually filled with boxes, but this one you can destroy. It blows a hole out in the wall and you go in there to finally reach Lando.

hmm, i had to shoot throught a grate down at a box to get teh wall to explode...
