first 2 letters of your middle name (or your mother's maiden name).

and the first 3 letters of the city you were born in.

- you are allowed to put a comma ( ' ) or a dash ( - ) in between / or in place of conflicting vowels / consonants.

my jedi name became: Jon'a Alsan

You will call me Darth Slayne....For my former name has been forsaken. A name once held proudly by a foolish young Jedi Knight....How he was mistaken!

I had thought that I had eradicated the last of my line, now I have a new name to think of: Teror Ja-Mel (Rohan Quintus)...Strange that I have not felt your presence...

CONFIDENTIAL NEW REPUBLIC DATA SEARCH: Darth Slayne is a name belonging to an elusive Sith Lord thought to have died over 1000 years ago. However a thorough search under this name has turned up many reported sightings of the above mentioned Sith Lord since, and it has been confirmed by many Jedi during the span of 1000 years that Darth Slayne has indeed been killed on several occasions. The validity of these claim's is unclear and at best highly unlikely but we have turned up this much. His original name was W'ler Ja-Mel.

Danki Jo'wes

For those of us whose first three letters spell the short form of our name, I think we should be able to pick the first three letters of our middle name(s), or maybe our Zodiac sign.

Mine could be

Johki Jo'wes

or

Tauki Jo'wes

I think I like being Tauki.
