Ham Yoyo Posted April 6, 2002 Posted April 6, 2002 I'm using EAX. It works and sounds great. To enable EAX you have to type s_UseOpenAL 1 in the console then restart your game. EAX continues to run from then on.

TangledThorns Posted April 6, 2002 Posted April 6, 2002 I tried activating the EAX through the config file and it locked up my gameplay. I changed it back and now it works ok. I have a SB Live! Value so it should work. I'm suprised how many FPS games coming out are NOT supporting EAX.
