Geforce4 TI4600 128mb DDR any good for JKII?

The GeForce4 MX doesn't really suck, its just that its not as good as a higher end Geforce 3, so it is kind of a dissappointment in that sense. We expected more from the Geforce4 line. The regular Geforce4 cards are great, but the MX is somewhat neutered. It just kinda left things confusing where some G4 cards are better than the G3, and others aren't.

Anyway, I just finished up the game with a GF2/GTS and it looked great, so I suspect that the game on a GF4mx will look great as well.

in regards to the above post, he could be right, he doesn't say anything about what kind of no name monitor he has. I have a 19" monitor and I can't really crank it over 1024 x 768.

In regards to the Geforce question. Are you stupid? The 4600 is top of the line. If you spent $400 on a card and don't know what it does then you need to send me all your money. The Geforce 4 MX is based on the Geforce 2 chipset with a higher clock speed. It's a budget card and is not meant for pumping out a crapload of frames per second.

I've got a GF3 Ti500 and that will do me just fine.

judging by your name I would guess your from madonion arnt you?

I bet I could but I am not going to mess with my fsb till I get another board/cpu(I think I have the chance to buy a cpu/mobo from intel every year for like $200) and when I do that I am going to push this curent system as faaar as I can just to see what I could get out of it

and I dont think my fsb is truely just 100, I have rd.... and I think that 3dmarks reads the fsb difrently(or at least thats what I have been told)

in the near future I do want to get a nice water cooling system to throw on my video card(and in the future when I have a new cpu/mobo Ill throw a block on the cpu) and see if I cant get me some better 3dm2k1se scores

Well the FSB being set to 133 wont hurt your system at all. This is just the speed that it should be running at to take full advantage of your cpu. The 100 speed is to compatible with older CPU.

But if your worried(seriously dont) dont bother. I dont know what the exact difference would be , but for people trying to squeeze the absolute most from there systems this is the way to go.

If its even being read properly??

By the way you can check it in your bios. and cpu setup.
