Sorry ... but how does one change stance in-game?

 

Also is there a rating level for different players on the Net , Like Jedi Master , Apprentice etc? If so how does one improve their stats/ratings?

Check your controls settings. There should be a bind to change your stance (i.e. assign a key).

 

As for your other question, your force ability in multiplayer is decided by the server. All players have the same strength.

The normal key for changing lightsaber is "L".

choose a key that you want to use to change your saber style.

 

next, press [shift] and [~] together to bring down the console.

 

now, type "bind [key] saberattackcycle", where [key] is the key you want to use for cycling saber styles.
