scoobz Posted April 11, 2002 Posted April 11, 2002 I'm running a non-dedicated server with the gametype set to DUEL. Its open to 4ppl incl myself, but the problem I have is when the duel limit is reached and the map changes, the two ppl that should be duelling get d/c when the next map is loading and the two spectators go through on the next map fine. However, my server dosen't recognise them as being d/c - they are still there in the duelling slot while myself and someone else are still waiting in the spectator chair and their pings are -1. So its as though my comp still thinks they are connected and are waiting for them to join. Is it a known bug? Or is it me
Soul-Burn Posted April 11, 2002 Posted April 11, 2002 Heya man, I was there.... I think that if u'r there, you can just kick them... if they actually show up in the status. Something else you can do is set "zombie time" to something small... that's a cvar that sets how long can a person be "d/ced" and still be in the game. Cheers.

If you wanna stop by tonight again.... I wouldn't mind a duel with ya ...same for anyone - just look for Scooby Server
MatrixCPA Posted April 11, 2002 Posted April 11, 2002 The cvar is sv_zombietime. Just note that, unlike other time based cvars, this one is in minutes. So, sv_zombietime "1" means one minute.
