PurplWulf
this command: seta g_disableForcePower "32767" and ones like it use a numeric system for changing the value of the line. does anyone have a list of the possible combinations of these numbers to enable and disable only certain aspects???? I've seen them used for setting saber only, and for disabling weapons etc... but nowhere have I seen a list of the numbers and what they correspond to. Mr.Jones
You have not looked hard enough, young Padawan. Look ~6 Posts below for the Thread "Restricting Multiplayer Duel Weapons/Force Powers" May the Force be with you... Jones
MatrixCPA
Ok, I'm lazy myself sometimes, so...here you go: 1 Heal [light] 2 Jump 4 Speed 8 Push 16 Pull 32 Mind Trick [light] 64 Grip [dark] 128 Lightning [dark] 256 Dark Rage [dark] 512 Protect [light] 1024 Absorb [light] 2048 Team Heal 4096 Team Energize 8192 Drain [dark] 16384 Seeing 1 No Weapon (not used) 2 Stun Baton 4 Sabre (doesn't work) 8 Bryar Pistol 16 Stormtrooper Rifle 32 Disruptor 64 Bowcaster 128 Repeater 256 DEMP Gun 512 Flechette Rifle 1024 Rocket Launcher 2048 Thermal Detonators 4096 Trip Mines 8192 Detonator Packs Just add up the numbers you want to disable and put them in their respective cvars. Now, you need to know that g_disableForcePower is broken. It seems like thing that you didn't want disabled get disabled and it shows the server as "no force" when it really isn't. Additionally, it won't let players configure their force powers unless they leave, config and come back. It's bugged all to hell. So, the best thing to do is have all or nothing as far as force powers go. If you want to keep players from using ALL the force powers at once, lower the maxrank--partial solution, but not the best. Hopefully a patch will fix this some day.
