RiverWalker
umm, maybe if you posted some system specs, or SOME sort of information, it might be helpful.... I know I for one have not had the problem you are referring to. but I am running Win2k, "and a lot when using TAB to score check it goes into a nasty stutter," that would be an FPS loss due to asking for information that was not preemptively read by the system, so it has to set aside the game information and math, and find/display the score information. if you check the score frequently, or have lots of ram and a fast processor, this is not as much of a problem. Pseudonym
It's your computer. Mine has never crahsed; and it loads relatively fast even though I have a crappy graphics card and Windows SUCK (i.e. Windows ME).
RiverWalker
lol, it sounds like DEFINITELY a CRAPPY SYSTEM problem, not a software problem, the ONLY times the game has crashed for me is either when there are like 50 stormtroopers on screen, and a bunch of jedis and sheit,... or the occasional SYSTEM lock up, that is more or less irrelevant to what the game is doing. edit: at least not the GAME software... [sico]
kurganq2 is obviously an idiot. his computer is proberly a piece of **** roasting infront of a cheap fan cooling down his onboard soundcard and video card on his atx motherboard with its almighty 386cpu and 650k ram chip and not to mention his wicked resolutions on his 14" monochrome monitor. RiverWalker
umm... heh,... 386's were only AT factor, and they were up to single digit ram quantitys, and while there were monochrome 14 inch monitors most of them were cga or vga(not SVGA like standard monitors currently) ::geek::
Schizophrenic
No software company can possibly make anything that will always work with any possible system configuration. There will always be a few that won't work or crash. That being said, your computer sucks. It's not the game. If I was the one that had made the game, insulting me wouldn't make me want to put out a patch any faster.

Guest Forceflow
My game onl crashed once, Though this time was REALLY bad. Entered into an XP Blue Screen and destroyed my last save-game. (Why that happened I don't know) It took me a while to figure out that I actually had to remove the quicksave file from the saved games folder in order to keep playing. (Everytime I tried to save or load a game JO would give me an error and stop, really weird) Luckily this happened right at the start of a level so I didn't have to replay that much. Raynaga
Why the hell do you bash someone who has a valid problem? Having the game crash on you every few minutes is a hell of a lot different then saying "B0wing suxx0rs in MP joo!!!!11111" and yet he gets the same response those other morons recieve. I know that if I were experiencing such difficulties I would be mighty pissed, and I suspect you would be too. --R--
PurplWulf
I'm running an AMD Athlon 1.2ghz 256 megs of pc133 RAM GeForce2 Ti/450 64 MEG Sound Blaster Live 5.1 and I still get game crashes, but only at map change, and only on some servers. If I'm hosting the server the game never crashes at map change, but it seems that the servers I ping the best to (other than my own) cause me to crash when the map is fragged out or time limit is reached. I've heard of others on other forums all having this same problem, and all had decent machine's. dunno what's up, but hopefully if it's a game issue it'll be patched and I can enjoy more than one map at a time without my system locking up and needing a reboot. the purple one

RiverWalker
my only flamage toward the origional poster is: 1) doesn't give system specs, or ANY information about his system, thusly making problem solving impossible. 2) acts like problems with either HIS computer, or problems on the server computer (not the software on either end) are something to be adressed by developers. occasionally the server disconnects me at join too,... but I got enough information, and know that the particular error was not MY computer, so I got around the problem by going to another server, rather than whining.
