Oea
Well, I used cl_avidemo 25.. and what seems to happen is I import the clips into premier, set the default still duration to 5 frames, and then import them into the timeline... but it looks clunky, and a little too fast Is there anyway to make AVIs that are FLUID and don't go faster then in-game speed? Or because cl_avidemo brings my system to its knees, I will never get fluid video?
UsEr-X-
I know how! Buy a VGA TO TV converter. Then buy a knew computer with video capture abilities! Then just capture the video simple as that!

Emon
To do that properly and smoothly, you'll need a really fast CPU, lots of RAM and at least a UDMA 100 HDD.
