Well I tried some time ago, but the DeusEx world turned out to be too somber to provide a good humoristic background. Plus the models lack the a plethora of poses needed for this. ^_^*

Photoshop? *nah*, everybody is using it - except me. I still say that it lacks the versatility of Corel. PhotoPaint10 all the way! Down with the Adobe monopoly, go Corel go! :D

Yeah, the difference here is that EF has a separate animation.cfg for each NPC. JO only has one human skeleton, and only one animation.cfg to go with it. The Elite Farce guy edited the animation.cfg, so that certain animations replaced others... For example, to get a pic of a stormtrooper standing with his arms crossed, he would replace the standard idle animation with the arms crossed one, so that when the NPC was spawned, that was the position he was in. So I think the way that it is being done now in JO is the only way...
