You haven't explored the whole level. You need to find someone to help you out... You need to find the prison level. From the room with the eye go down the ramp to where the Grans are. Drop through the floor, along the long corridor with the sniping Rodians and up another ramp. Go up that ramp, past an open area, find a grate in the wall on your right. Go to the end of that passage, and look down. Blow up the crate below. Go back out, and DOWN the ramp to that open area, open the door, and look to your left.
