NomadWR Posted May 7, 2002 Share Posted May 7, 2002 For those of you that have had some serious H/D problems in the past, and had to format (more than once) I'm all ways tweaking, and retweaking my system. So in the past I've been known to go too far with experimenting, and had to format my H/D. Well I got tired of lossing critical files. So I bought a used 8gig (5400rpm) H/D. I installed it in a master/slave config. (with 8gig as the slave)I use the 8gig for nothing more than a file cabinet. It has dosen't have a operating system on it nothing just files that I don't want have go hunting for again....
