Guest Boba Rhett Posted February 23, 2001 Posted February 23, 2001 I listen to some christian and ALOT of oldies. ------------------ I live here ya know.
Guest Kurgan Posted February 23, 2001 Posted February 23, 2001 I don't listen to the radio much anymore, as I do less driving (my usual radio time). Though on occasion I have tapped into the "online" radio frequencies, mainly modern rock. What kinds of music do I listen to? All kinds, although I tend to avoid Rap/Country, as it just grates on me. A lot of "pop" music does that too (not all, but much of it). ; p Kurgan
Jedi SuperBuen Posted February 23, 2001 Posted February 23, 2001 I listen to Metallica. As for the radio I listen to Detroit's Talk Radio, 97.1 with Howard Stern in the morning... ------------------ You can do it your own way Just as long as it's done just how I say...

Guest Jawamaster Posted March 3, 2001 Posted March 3, 2001 Me too! I mean Old school was way before my time! I love it though. I listen to this one station called "The Fish". It's a Christian station and i think it is 95.9 fm, but that's only in southern California. I like Jars of Clay a lot and DTalk or whatever its called. I really like that song that goes, "If life was water, I was dry as to some dirt. if its a gamble, I had already lost my shirt. If it's a journey, I was dazed without a clue. Something Something Something, I am a New! You bring me joy that's so speakable, And I like it, And I like it hey! Your love is so irresistable, I can't fight it, I can't fight it Hey! You carried cross and redeemed my shame, I believe it, I believe it hey! You shine your light on amazing grace, I recieve it, i recieve it hey!" I don't know what it's called or who sings it. Does anyone know what song I'm talking about? How about this one, "Now I got myself a T-shirt, That says what I believe. I got writing on my -something- That sounds so wonderfully. I got the neckless and the keychain, And everything else a good Christian needs. I got a sign hangin down up upon my door And you'll see my welcome home rug As you walk across my floor. I got a Jesus bumper sticker, And the outline of a fish stuck on my car. But I can't help but ask myself, What about the change, What about the difference, What about the grace, What about forgiveness, What about a life that's showin, I'm undergoin the change "Does anyone know abou this song? ------------------ Jawamaster
