How do you double jump.. and catapolt jump?

i dont think you can, do you mean just jump really high

Hold straf and forward against a wall then press jump and you'll run along wall sideways.

 

Run directly forward into a wall and jump, when you feet just hit the wall hit jump again and you'll do a jump flip backwards off the wall landing a few few away facing the wall again.

 

Press straf into a wall and do the same thing and you'll do a jump/cartwheel thing off the wall.

It's best to try this in yavin temple (ffa).

Do a force jump and land on a steep surface (about 45 degees) then do a force jump just as you land and at the same time hold the driection key that is going the same way as the slope.
