Darth_Rommel
Are these 2 units the same... or totally different?
Darth_Rommel
Rommels opinion: One is an earlier edition of the faambaa (top), the other is a later edition...
JEDI_MASTA
i agree with rommel the one is just an eariler edition of the famba
Compa_Mighty
The first one is an earlier version. The second one looks way better!!!

Guest Tie Guy
I voted for cousins. They are the same animal it seems, but they ahve different pieces of machinery attached to their backs. The bottome one is a fambaa shield generator, and the other is the gungan equivalent of the ATAT i think. Mitth'raw'nuruodo
I agree with Tie. They are the same type of creature, but the top one is an AT-AT equivalent. Look first at this screenshot: http://www.galacticbattles.com/multimedia/screenshots/3.jpg Notice that there is no shield. Then look here: http://www.galacticbattles.com/multimedia/screenshots/14.jpg There's the shield! See?
Guest God
and the winner is TIE. johny show him what he's won. i agree with tie. the top one looks like it is some sort of gungan cannon but i didn't think the gungans had lasers
Rdog22
I agree with Tie and Thrawn. The top one appears to be like a gungan equivilant of the Empire's At-at. The bottom one has that lightning thing that means it is a shield.
Guest Stormtrooper
Yeah, the top one looks like it has a big blaster cannon on its back:D
Guest Paladin
awesome! Faamba Blaster Cannons! Mooooooo! Die Trade Federation!
Guest God
you have to admit that the gungans are looking better all the time. i still like the imps though.
Guest Tie Guy
I it could be a giant energy ball shooter, see the giant ball in the screen. Also, another possiblity could be that it could be one of the "pummel" weapons, like of the anti-mech variety.
Paragon_Leon
i have to agree with Tie here; a cannon or catapult-device that shoots those blue energy balls is most likely. Scouts and Knights could be separated at birth too in AoK... same deal here in my opinion. Variations of units will prove to be in the details; not the complete change of looks. Guest Admiral Odin
the change would between the units is to dramatic, I think. So I go for two sperate units with the same beast of burden.

Guest Tie Guy
Hey Rom, next time you watch TPM, open your eyes! The shield fambaas have the round things on top like in the bottom screen. Besides, how is it supposed to project a shield when it is obviously pointing out, not up?
Guest Darth Maul Jr.
yeah i agree with Tie...that top one is either their eqivalent to a heavy mech(AT-AT) only it got no place to transport Gungans like an AT-AT or its the gungan equivalent to a truebechet. Since we saw the concept art for the gungan blaster cannon truebechet thingy, im willing to be that's a Gungan heavy assault AT-AT type unit. The bottom one looks more like a shield generator. Compa_Mighty
I still think it's the same unit, different versions

Guest corranhorn
If I rember in TPM the top one shot an energy beam at the bottom and that created the shield
