Kit Fisto?

I'm with you, Kit Fisto is at the top of my wishlist for JKII models :) Even with the tiny bit of screen-time he had in Episode 2, he managed to make himself look really really cool :D

Where did you find the info about him being Nautalan? I've been wondering what his species is for a while, hoping we get LOTS more info about him, maybe he can take a starring role in a story arc for the comics :)

I found it over at http://www.theforce.net -- the characters section had a link to a news article about the current Ep. II Characters Guide, where Kit is said to be a Nautalan. His species is also some sort of amphibian. =)

Kit is the male answer to the coolness of the Twi'lek females. Twi'lek males look nowhere as sleek and cool as the females -- but Kit's species has that same cool look.

Here's hoping someone with talent (that rules me out!) decides to model and skin him. =)

That's why you rock, Monkey :) I'd love to work with you again if you decide to do Kit. One of the best parts about Kit is his body would work perfectly for lots of other male Jedi, so you could base future models on it and only have to do new heads (which of course is probably one of the harder bits, but at least you'd save the time with the model :) Another cool thing about Kit is that his face should be pretty easy, it's got a lot less features than a human face. The tentacles, of course, will be a bit tough, but with the experience you have with lekku, I know you can definitely do it.

Wow monkey that would rule, your work is just so great! I hope it turns out as great as the Aayla your working on, she looks really good 2. If you really want a good ref, go spend 6 bucks and buy the Kit Fisto Toy...um action figure they have out, I own it =p and I'm 15, then again I have like all the episode 2 figures rate now, must....find....new.........yoda.....

Zero, that darthmaul has multiple light sources on his face.. on either side of his cheeks. You should really fix it up because it detracts from the model. Also his head his quite angular, JK2 can support a model up to 3k so maybe you should consider adding mode details to the mesh.

Woah, old thread. I actually started a Kit Fisto model, I have his face for the most part done and started on the tenticles. I lack sufficant refrence pics though to do a really nice model.

I'll start a WIP thread as soon as Emperor Palpatine/Darth Sidious is done. If anybody has any good pics of his head (especially from behind) let me know
