Exactly when does Darth Sidious ever fight

Return of the Jedi, near the end.

and who does he fight?

Luke Skywalker... well... not so much fight as nearly-slaughter...

Waiting to see the movies in order? hehe. ;)

I think that would be rather interesting, getting to see the Star Wars Saga in chronological order. Sadly, I won't get that experience. :(

@ ender

If you have seen ep I + II, you wouldnt get satisfaction with the fights in EP IV - VI, they are very slow, and never so powerfull like in ep 1+2..... but make your own experience....

I'm not so intersted in the LighSaber battle as much i want to see the story line, and maybe ill get Ep. I and II a little bit better...

I want to see BoboFett fight....:D

Hey now, to be fair......we did see Boba fly sorta...it was more of a jet pack guided jump....but he did almost shoot luke....and....he died...................*urk*

obviously dont expect the fx to match 1&2, but i personally think the stories in the OT are better - much simpler plot and if youve never watched Darth Vader before your in for a treat!:D

Boba Fett gets little screentime - unfortunately...

I just saw the OT and your right, boba fett dies the stupidest way... He's only in the fight for like 30 seconds, probly not even that long...:o

O well, I like all the Episodes...:D

I'm still of the mind that Fett escapes the Sarlacc thanks to his armour, jetpack (it was damaged, but it may still work) and his disintegration rays). I know it the book series he escapes, but I haven't read them anyway since I'm pretty much a purest (George's vision). I'd like to think that if George actually died episodes VII-IX that Boba would still be there. :)

Not for an extended period, no, but it might protect long enough period to allow escape (besides, if the Sarlaac is suppose to take 1000 years to digest something, it must have pretty lousy digestive acids). If he can't fly out he'll just have to blast his way out. ;)

Yep, the Sarlacc's digestive system must be incredibly flawed... Cuz if it takes 1000 years to digest something as small (comparitively) as a human, then the metabolism rate is gonna be really slow which means the acids don't have to be as powerful. And that's where Fett's myriad weapons come in... He's got rockets on his kneepads, a flamethrower, a rocket dart launcher on his wrist and who knows what else? I think it might be possible for "the best bounty hunter in the universe" to escape that situation using all of his resources... But we really don't know until Lucas tells us.

Whats the big deal about "digested for a 1000 years"?

I dont see whats so terrible about that anyway. You die within 3 days from dehydration, so i dont imagine it would be all that terrible.

boba fett DOES escape....

he set off a thermal detonator in side the sarlacc which killed it...

in the process he lost his mandalorian armor and continued bounty hunting

from the book "star wars- tales of the bounty hunters" if i remember the correct one
