Galactic Magi
I really want to make some SSBM and SSB maps (i saw this in another topic, but i was thinking about making these before though) cause theyre cool looking, and they arent that big so it wouldnt be TOO hard to map. Id love it if an experienced mapper would make some of these so they dont look sucky when its done, but i dont know if anyone would so im gonna try. Also is it possible to make animated backgrounds? I was thinking SSBM Final Destination's background was awesome cause it looks like ur flying through space. I know what the levels look like because i play that game alot so i can get very close-exact matches (not including textures) of them.

sights0d
To be a little more helpful, I'd highly recommend reading bubba's tutorial. That's how I learned how to do things. His method works pretty well for JKO, even though it was written for quake. I'll go look for a link to it. BRB.
sights0d
And your link is: http://planetquake.com/bubba/mapping.html I'd go through the first five tuts in the basics section (introduction to connecting rooms). I'd also like to recommend getting Pakscape (available from http://www.fileplanet.com) for making pk3 files.
