greedo626
my name is Colin. the 'O' sounds 'ah' not 'ol' as in old. so it's Cahlyn:D . I tell you how to say it because 70% of everybody gets it wrong (I've been called Coloc with the 'ol' sounding like old). of course there was that one time that I was called Tod... does anybody care?... I didn't think so:p

Zindell
Originally posted by Reb_Starblazer My name is Rob. Kinda where I got my forum name from too. Anyways, Vestril, I have two friends, one that is named like you, Ian, and another who's name is spelled Iain. Both are pronounced exactly the same way. How this relates I have no idea but I thought you might like to know. Maybe those restaurant people got your name right once(in a way) and you didn't know. Also, those "Gravy Fries", they're normally called Poutine(pronounced Poo-teen. Just makes you want to eat it up huh?) Just in case you wanted to know that as well. Poutine is great one of my favorite meals but Poo-Teen is the incorrect pronunciation that everyone seems to make. This Gravy Fries originated in Quebec, Canada. My home province and the name is French the correct pronunciation being PUH-TIN-E. Anyways it'S funny cuz when try to get it somewhere else like Ontario and I ask fo it the right way they stare at me like I'm an idiot or something.
