Banning with RCON

Is it possible to ban players from the server with RCON? I've looked all over the internet. Then only thing I see is kicking people. I don't see anything about banning. Anybody know what the command is (if there is such a command)?

Status displays ip and slotnumber of each player.

Banclient [slotnumber] bans client by number.

BanUser [name] bans client by name.

g_banIPs [iP] bans IPs - note you can ban more then one IP - g_banIPs [iP1],[iP2],[iP3],....

Very useful if players have cryptical names is clientkick [slotnumber] .
