ImmolatedYoda Posted August 6, 2002 Posted August 6, 2002 hey, ive played the entire Dark Forces series, and have them all currently installed on my computer. ive been checking this thread and the DF mod because i would really like to see them redone. so, i saw that yall were wondering what type of Star Destroyer the Vengeance is. well, according to the new Essential Guide to Characters under Jerec, the Vengeance is a Super Star Destroyer variant. if you watch the cutscenes from JK, youll see that the Vengeance is a bit different from your standard Super-Class. (i havent watched the cutscenes in a while, but i do remember that it was different). Jerec got this ship after he caused his previous ship, another Vengeance, to be destroyed. just thought id let you guys know this, even though it may not mean much.

However, if you need any 2D artists (Title menu's, screens, Logo's etc) I'm very talented in the photoshop department, and I can help with anything like that if you require it. Anyway, back to the main point of my reply, I found this Saber hilt in another topic, its Rahn's/Kyle's from the first JK game. However, you can actually see alot more if you zoom in. Try it. Also, I've found a program which lets you watch the video's of the JK CD in windows, rather than go into the game and play the cutscenes everytime you wish to watch them. The program is called "Rad Tools" and the file format the videos use are called "SMK" or Smacker files. It also allows you to convert them to other files (such as DivX) which would be useful if you were going to put them, or clips of them in the mod. I might be one of the new 2D artists for this mod too I'll submit some example pictures shortly.
