Grets Sirob
Sort of, but you forgot this part, here's what happens: (Yoda and Mace are walking around the outside of the jedi council-place-thing, near the railing-thing-like-wach-a-ma-jig) :He's fallen to the dark side. :End good, this cannot. :Someone must bring him back. :Happen that must. (yoda makes a turn, because he's come to the end of the walkway, and crosses paths with mace) (mace, being completely absorbed with the thought of trying to bring Anakin back from the dark side, trips over yoda) (Mace then falls down, over the railing, and to his doom) :AAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! YODA!!!!!!!!! YOU FREAKIN IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :Mmm, good, this is not. What, now, shall we do? May the force be with you.

Vagabond
I agree with shidobu - from a dramtic viewpoint, Boba Fett has the greatest motivation of anyone to personally kill Mace Windu. Mace killed Boba's father. Stop and think about that. How would you feel toward the person who beheaded your own father right before your eyes? A very famous and proud father at that? I believe the death of Jango at the hands of the Jedi Master Mace Windu is the event that sets Boba Fett down the path to become not only a Bounty Hunter, but something even more fearsome - a Jedi Hunter. It would only be fitting and just, from the view of a vengeful Boba Fett (Mandalorian Armor or not), for him to be the one - the one to slay he who slew his father, thus beginning the career of one of the most fearsome Bounty Hunters the galaxy will ever know... Darth Knight
but still out of all the people that could kill him do you really think bobba will kill him?
Arkum
*POSSIBLE SPOILERS* It could be Boba setting up the death, but not physically carrying it out. Mace is too cool. He is going to die in a duel. I think Boba works something out with Dooku so Dooku can track him down and face off with him. The lava thing is going to be in the movie.
technobot
my question is this: the SW movies have had about one lightsaber fight per movie. In TPM, there was two: you had Qui-Gon's first (brief) encounter with Maul, and then the big battle including Obi-Wan. but we know for sure in Ep3, at the very least Obi-Wan has to fight Anakin/Darth, which (finally) brings me to my question: just how many duels will there be? Lucas said he didn't want AOTC to be "The Matrix", but Ep3 is shaping up to be one hell of a ride, i.e. fight scenes galore. So, Obi-Wan fights Anakin, turning him into cyborg Vader, (possibly) Vader kills Mace, and I'm really hoping Yoda has one more fight. However, I still feel Anakin killing Dooku about 2/3 of the way through the movie makes the most sense, sending him to the dark side and setting up the big fight with Obi-Wan. Honestly, I think Sidious kills Mace: Lucas didn't have to show Yoda fighting, we always assumed he was a bad ass, but he proved it anyway. In Ep3 he can prove just how powerful the Sith Lord is by having him kill Windu in a dramatic duel, I'd certainly like to see that.
