guybrush guy Posted June 28, 2002 Posted June 28, 2002 can anyone tell me where to buy old adventure games, not just Lucas Arts but games like Last Express, King Quest, and other old adventure games i look on ebay all the time and never find what i'm looking for thanx
Lord Savage Posted June 28, 2002 Posted June 28, 2002 No offence but, it sounds like you aren't trying hard enough, then. In a little over a months time, I bought up my Loom CD, two floppy copies of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade Graphic Adventures (PC & Mac both with the Grail Diaries), the original Secret of Monkey Island multi-language CD, the mac floppy version of Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis and a copy of Star Wars Screen Entertainment. I found them all using eBay's search engine. Heck, I picked four of those titles during a one week period.
mercatfat Posted June 28, 2002 Posted June 28, 2002 I've found Maniac Mansion Enhanced with everything and SOMI with everything (even the coupon.. perhaps I should send it in) at Goodwill. Try there. You can also pick up a machine that'll play it without window incompatability errors for about $20 there.
elTee Posted June 28, 2002 Posted June 28, 2002 In less than a year, every single LucasArts adventure and Sierra On-line game has been on Ebay at some point, even DOTT 3-sided box, and Roberta Williams collection. I know, I've bid on most of them.
guybrush guy Posted June 29, 2002 Author Posted June 29, 2002 most of the time the games on EBAY are for mac. I've been trying to look for Full Throttle but i can never find one for PC. I've been trying to look for thease games also: sam n' max Loom and other Lucas Arts games thanx for the help

Lord Savage Posted June 29, 2002 Posted June 29, 2002 If you are in the US try these: Sam & Max Full Throttle Any anywhere in the world: LOOM Another Loom These were the first few hits I got on the eBay search engine.
