Emon
Okay, I've got a shader, it's set to alpha sort (tried it without, too). I've got my TGA with an alpha channel, and the alpha isn't correct ingame. Basically every time I save it in PS, I select the 32-bit option, make sure the Alpha thing is checked, yet when I reopen it later, the alpha channel is gone! I've also tried just doing the default transparency thing (the checkered background) but just deleted all underlying layers, just like the JO TGAs are, but it still won't work. What the hell am I missing??

The_One
First thing I'd point our to you is that JK2 can't read 32bit TGAs You want 24... If that doesn't work make sure your channels are set up right... But I think the fact that you're saving as a 32bit TGA is what's wrong...
