I read in another StarWars related forum that Count Dooku was originally a light side Jedi Knight, abused later on by the dark side of the force. When he mastered the dark side technique and force tricks he also knew the tricks of the light side and created his own unique style in combat. My best advice is you take this to the folks over at Jedi Moves 2.0; they've defined their own saber combat, and if you can get them to do this they're the best team IMO for the job.
