MatrixCPA Posted July 14, 2002 Share Posted July 14, 2002 You are missing the assets3.pk3 file from the 1.03 patch. That's why it starts in "restricted" mode. And, yes. You need to upload any custom models, skins, etc to the server if you want to use them--unless you set the server unpure, which I don't recommend.
