hell, after two failed projects in two days, on the third day i give you my third failure.. or not.. it was made with gmax, and has exactly 1000 polys (not including flash tag) so w00t w00t on that

Dude awsome saber but please think about the people on lower end machines (I think normally sabers are around 500-correct me if Im wrong) and be more conservative with the polygons on your next project. but the hilt does look great.

you don't need a tag_parent tag, just like the saber up with the z y x axis in the side view and thats where the hand is going to be holding it at.

i tried that, it doesn't show up when i put it into md3 veiw, and all the other sabers iv'e seen in md3 view has the tag..

You DON'T NEED TAG_PARENT. The game makes automatically.
