NPC Waypointing

Ok I want to place NPC as pedistrians about my map, I have added waypoints to them but they just stand still or try to run on a fixed spot.

 

I think this has to be scripting, anyone like help out?

I'd suggest setting their move type to walk, then make an ICARUS script to have them wander aimlessly through the waypoint network.
