Or rather, Andy played him in a skit for the 1999 MTV Movie Awards. The host (Phoebe from Friends) was going before the Jedi Council for some reason. They used stock footage for most of it, including Yoda, and Sam Jackson. They inserted Andy Dick as Ki-Adi, who had all the dialogue with her.
