Please help me!!! How do I get into the password room?

Ive been EVERYWHERE and I cant get into that room guarded by the Jabba mechanical password thing. It is where if you get it wrong, you get dropped into an electricity room & get fried.

 

Boo Hoo, have been stuck for hours........

 

Can anyone help?

Actually, you have to find a friend who needs your help, who also tells you the correct password. Hint - top hallway in back area, look down through bars ... see the destroyable crate?
