Heheh, actually, if you transfer the Q into the Star Wars universe, he would be the Force............or a huge ass force manipluiater..

Remember one time, Q got his powers extracted from him, and I'm sure he didn't want them extracted. So that can signify a more powerful Q. Therefore, that can signify that their UBER powers do have a limit, not just morality.

Remember the force surrounds EVERYTHING.

Everything except the Yuuhzan Vong! (sp).

Hell the Vong even deny its existence...

Remember, since they are invaders from a diff galaxy, they aren't affected by the Force in the SW galaxy.

Perhaps another Invader such as Q from ST galaxy (milkyway) will be immune too...

OR THEY ARE ALL HIDING YSALMRIS IN THEIR PANTS!!!

Not only are the Yuzzuh Vong EU... they're dang stupid EU. They don't belong in this debate. Q is the Sphere to the Square (read Flatland)... Q is above this dimention, therefore he can manipulate this dimention in ways that we, bound to this dimention, would find impossible, just as a square has no concept of left and right, since it's a flat object. But the Force, being basically the SW version of God and adopting many of those tendencies we aquaint with God, would be above all dimentions and therefore have power over Q. Would Yoda and the Emperor have a chance with the Force as their allies? How the heck should I know? It all depends on their understanding of the make and mode of the universe and dimensions. But the Force has a Will of its own, and if the Force doesn't like Q, there will be vergances to destroy him.

Im talking say the forces emergency procedures to save the star wars galaxy, itd destroy the yuuzahn vong, Q or anything that could potentially destroy it, and not the force power of an individual. Yslamaris are even too weak to absorb all the force, theyd die. The force that say Yoda or the emperor has, is nothing compared to the force itself, wich would defend the galaxy from these people if the force knew the people of the galaxy couldnt do it on their own.

Why do all of you hate EU? The movies are good but EU is good too. Star Wars is both EU and the movies whether you like it or not so live with it. If you hate EU that much, why do you play a game that is 100% EU. If yo dont like EU you are not a true star wars fan.

How is that uneducated obi-wan who is 13? im saying if you dont admit it is also star wars you will never be a true fan, you will be a pseudo fan that likes it sometimes, like a person that only watches the superbowl saying he is a football fan (american stuff), or a european that only watchers the world cup claiming to be a soccer fan.

Obi-wan13 is my name.....not my age.........

Anyway, onto the matter at hand-

I am a "true" Star Wars fan, as well as a "true" Star Trek Fan. I have Much knowledge in both worlds, and I enjoy both a great deal. I say the EU isn't Star Wars because it's not, that doesn't make me a non-true Star Wars fan.

Here is an analogy I have made to explain my side of this "arguement."

The EU is to Star Wars, as A cloned sheep is to a real sheep.

It's a false copy, and nothing else........not as good as the real thing.........

except your analogy defeats itself because the cloned sheep is the same as the original sheep, and you couldnt tell the difference. My analogy was way better. It is a lot closer to only watching the super bowl and claiming you are a football fan than something not being real because it is a clone. The sheep is a sheep, no matter how it was made or developed. If you understood the idea of cloning something you wouldnt say that, so i have deducted that you are a member of the jewish faith (muslims, christians, jews, all branches of each group) I dont think the same as you mr trekkie, and i see you more of a trekkie than a warsie. More like a 50% star wars fan, and a 100% star trek fan.

You must be a stand-up comidian, because you are making me laugh........

ok, First off- You didn't have an analogy, you had a metaphor.

second- A clone is not the exact same, but a flase copy, like I explained.this quote is from you: "A sheep is a sheep, no matter how its developed." Ok, let me scramble you some Chicken eggs, then some dinosaur eggs........It's still scrambled eggs, right?

third- WTF? Jewish? Where did religion come into a sci-fi debate? It's none of your business what religion or faith I have! (And no, I am not a jew)

fourth- That comment about being 50% wars and 100% Trek, you can't even do simple math correctly......but, I would say I am about half and half. 50% wars, 50% Trek. You don't like it, then I am sorry for you......that is the way it is........o.O

Two different measurements there. 50% star wars, 100% trekkie, you like star wars 50% of the 100% you could like star wars you like star trek 100% of all you could like star trek, scrambled dinosaur eggs are scrambled dinosaur eggs, scrambled chicken eggs are scramble chicken eggs. A sheep is a sheep. Inside the category sheep there are different species of sheep. Underneath species of sheep there are different denominations of the species. Under one of those denominations there are other furtherly varying denominations etc until you get down to every sheep in its own category, in one of those final categories of singular sheep, there are two sheep. The second sheep is the same, not unlike how all sheep in denominations above are like, and all like in the fact they are sheep.

But then the sheep is different in that it is the only one that has another exact same type of sheep at the end of the denominations. None of the other sheep have that. Therefore, those two sheep are unique, because they are the same. I'd go further, but your head might explode.

Now that we've put aside your entirely unrelated argument, let's move on.

Q can not be destroyed in the physical universe because he does not exist there. All Q exist in the continuum. Its an area beyond physical space. Q can still manipulate the flow of the physical universe and the matter within it, but he can't be destroyed because he isn't really there. The Q you see is just his manifestation in the physical universe. A Q can only be destroyed by other Q in the continuum, and the continuum can not be accessed by a physical being unless it is reduced to a very simplistic form. For example, when Q transported the captain to the continuum, he reduced the continuum's manifestation to a highway in the middle of the desert, with a single house by the roadside and a few people sitting on the porch.
