pik-ard Posted September 6, 2002 Share Posted September 6, 2002 using the jetpack mod, which, bye the way, is excelent, i found a fun and interesting thing to waste time and ammo doing:D . first of all, you can fly faster then the secondary rocket flies. and combining that fact with "timescale .2", or up to .4 or .5 you can acheve some bullet time style effects by swivveling the mouse around your guy. i suggest a map with loooots of open space, the one i used was the sandarena2, but there are some other big ones out there as well... and be sure to be moving before you fire, because if your not moving, catching up takes a bit longer:confused: ... and i also discovered, that you own rockets cannot harm you, even with teamdamage, or whatever its called on... but you can make a rocked go right through you. one of the most fun things is to fire at one of the npc's(you using timescale, remember) and then race to the other side of that npc, and watch it get hit from the other side... if you find any more neat things to do, post them here;) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
