Kengo
I've noticed when playing Medieval that when climbing the stairs (some of which involve a lot of steps, up to 30 or more) it's extremely jerky, and does actually induce a certain amount of motion sickness :S Being as there are lots of these stairs, I thought I should find out - is this always the case with stairs, or will it go away if I make them shallower, with less of a height between each stair? Emon
It goes away with smaller stairs. A good trick to have big stairs and still be smooth is to overlay a ramp of clip (only clip, otherwise everything, including guns, will collide) over the stairs. You'll see the stairs, but physically walk up the invisible ramp.
Kengo
That's a great idea, will save me a lot of time rather than redo all the stairs which would be a pain to say the least, thanks a lot
