Gabez Posted October 16, 2002 Posted October 16, 2002 According to this interview, Doug Lee won't be returning as Indy's voice for Emperors tomb. Instead, a "younger" sounding voice from some guy called David Escher is being used. Interesting... I liked Doug's Indy voice, but it would be nice to hear someone elses take on Indy for a change.
Junior™ Posted October 16, 2002 Posted October 16, 2002 I think the best thing would be if LucasArts hired Harrson Ford for this job. I won't be that affected anyways since I'll play the German version of the game but referring to this I pray for Ford's German voice actor to help out here. It's just.....more original.

That's one thing that gets me with LucasArts games. Hiring the actors to do their own voices in the game would be awesome, and greatly improve Gameplay. The only 2 actors that actually played their character's voice in a game is Jake Lloyd and Billy Dee Williams.
Hoowl Posted October 28, 2002 Posted October 28, 2002 I really liked doug lee's voice, he was great in FoA and to me is synonymous with Indy. It would be nice to here Harrisons voice, as with Billy Dee Willimas in JO but i can't see it ever happening.
