Madjai Posted October 27, 2002 Share Posted October 27, 2002 when you start up gmax, youll see 4 view modes. 3 of them will be grids and the 4th will be a perspective view. click anywhere in the perspective view and itll highlight the surrounding square, press W to maximize it. i hope you have a wheel mouse, because i think its the easiest way to pan around. to pan around- hold alt and the wheel button on the mouse and move the mouse around. to zoom #1- scroll with the wheel on the mouse to zoom #2 (more control)- hold ctrl, alt and the wheel button on the mouse and move the mouse up or down also, to view a list of options for the view mode, left-click on the word in the top left corner of the view youre in (like Perspective or Top) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
