slimking Posted November 19, 2002 Posted November 19, 2002 i'm on 103 but i'm having trouble find any servers with more than 5 people in! whats the pros and cons of going to 104 guys? and are there any new default maps? ie capture the flag?

C'jais Posted November 20, 2002 Posted November 20, 2002 It depends on whether you like exploiting the oversights of the programmers. They never intended for backstab to be so ridiculously powerful in comparison to the normal saber slashes. They never intended for the lunge to be executed while airborne. If you remove them, you have what the programmers think is the most finished version to date. If you like fights where the goal is to exploit a supermove, then go ahead and stay on 1.03 or 1.02. Another point to consider is, soon there'll be no 1.02/3 servers left, you're already feeling it now and considering moving on. Really, the 1.04 did not fix as much as 1.03 did, it merely corrected some programming oversights and slightly un"nerfed" the guns.
