I asked for a skinner help but it seems I'll be able to finish it on my own. http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=85158 I am at the state where I'm weighing the model so it might still take some time. The current skin is of the MGS 2 ninja, but has some problems and the head/arms dont really look like the ninja.
