Hows this for a basic model for SWGB 2? (long)

Sithmaster:

start with a very vague reality ... but from then on, its gameplay

 

 

Sithmaster, you do realise that these statements are in total opposition of each other, don't you? I'd agree with the second statement, which still means you would start with a vague reality (pilots) and turn it into gameplay. But which do you agree with?

 

And for someone who is supposedly opposed to "clickfests", surely the Pilot option discourages this greatly. You can't simply create an army in a series of finger spasms anymore.

 

You'll note I'm more lenient on the officer thing. While I would love to see them, because they do have a significant role in the movies, there as yet isn't a good gameplay means of involving them. I have an idea as to how they would work, but it is still just an idea.
