Attacking

Hey I would like to ask a question.How can,sometimes,when attacking is the only answer(unless you want to kill yourself),and what do you do,knowing very well attacking someone can bring you to the dark side?

 

Like,for instance,take a look at Kyle,once in the bar,AFTER talking to the bartender for the first time.He was shunned,and suddenly everyone is after him.He HAS TO kill them.Anyone has a 'diplomatic' answer to this?

 

Thus,if there were such a postition KotoR throws you in,what would you do(if you want to be a light jedi?)

Well, I don't think you can/will fall to the darkside if you are defending yourself. Now if you just run up and start cutting up people then things may start to change. However, this isn't the only way one falls to the darkside......it is more complex then just attacking people.

 

When you are talking with and NPC and are asked a question......you are given a choice of answers to pick. One will be the nice guy way (difficult to do), one will be kind of middle of the road, and the other will be the quick and easy way (which will surely lead you down the dark path).

Yeah,I know that,but what if you do the light side thing,and the guy does the same(Chiss's reaction)?What would you do?Is that considered defending?

Heck it's been so long, I can't remember Chiss' reaction.

 

I just think that it will be easier to stay on the light side then you might think.

Remember Chiss pushed the console in his bar and then he is shielded with some metal,and then everyone in the bar comes after you?Anyway thanks though.
