2 questions on shaders and skinning.........

How is it possible to create a shader using note pad? And, is it possible to edit the color of a skin or model just by changing the hue and saturation?

Yes for both questions. For creating a shader, just type it up in notepad and then when you press "Save As" press All Files (or somthing like that) and type in <your shader name here>.shader...

So, from what I understand, let's say I wanted to create a lightning effect for my skin's arms. What do I write in NotePad to get that effect?
