voltagecontrole Posted January 5, 2003 Share Posted January 5, 2003 hello how do i taunt in this game? when i writte taunt in multiplayer console i get a list of some words that have "taunt" in them words like tauntdeathinsult or soemthing so how do i get my character to say things in audio? voltagecontrole Posted January 6, 2003 Author Share Posted January 6, 2003 I have tried this and it doesnt work I have been doing this in multiplayer mode and here is how i did it... first i call the console and i type taunt so i can have the list of taunts to see then i type: bind n tauntdeathinsult for example i have tried typing just: bind n deathinsult wihout the "taunt" and still it doesnt work I have tried it with more keys and still nothing i get out of the console and press the key and my character is still silent what should i do? wassup Posted January 6, 2003 Share Posted January 6, 2003 I don't think those taunts work in MP. As far as I know, there is only 1 taunt that works. First, open your console. Type "bind x +taunt". Exit the console. Press x or whatever key you bound the command to and your character should wave their left hand forward and say something. The Truthful Liar Posted January 6, 2003 Share Posted January 6, 2003 Okay, very carefully follow these instructions, do not do anything differently. - Run Jk2 mp. - Open console by hitting Shift+~ keys. - Type /bind x +taunt - Join/Create mp game. - Hit x or whatever key you chose. - Enjoy. To bind Taunt to a key (so you can use it), you do the following: Activate the Console. Enter bind akey +taunt. Replace akey with the key you wish to press to do your taunt. Enjoy!
