Swat
so all that means a skin replaces the appearance of a model? (like darth maul skin over the existing luke in JKII, am i rite?) n a model means a new playable player. if it's not this reasoning then i dun get it
Psyk0Sith
Take a look at this screenshot of my Saesee Tiin model (in progress) I'm building the mesh from scratch in 3D Studio Max and not painting over another 3D surface. It would be kind of hard to create horns and a head like his with only a skin dont you think? n a model means a new playable player. if it's not this reasoning then i dun get it You've got it right a player model is a new model and a skin is based on an existing model (like luke) but the textures are re-painted to get a different look.
