Reborn Outcast
Yep its time to put that New Years Resolution into play and bulk up some. I'm a shrimp. But at least i'm in running shape. Anyone else out there need to work out or just get back in shape? And any advice on workout sequences would be nice (like 3 sets of 20 reps of bench presses then, 20 pullups then.. you get my drift.) My only suggestion is it is better to do more repetitions of a weight you can do comfortably then a weight that you struggle with and can only do 5 reps with. Also, I use the bikes and treadmills for conditioning. 20 min every day before I start doing weights. Hope this helps.
Katarn07
I got great metabolism, but would like to lose a few pounds that I have gained over the years. Gotta work on strength and cardio. Great flex and sit ups/ push ups! I'll never get to it, though. Never do. And PE is over for me until my Jr year, so... *shrugs* Until then! GUNNER
More reps with less weight = deffinition/tone more weight less reps = more size Start with 3-4 sets of each move and do 8 reps the first set then 6 then 4 and so on adding a little weight with each set. Work your chest and triceps together. Then back and biceps and then do a leg day and add shoulders. Work your tricep first so when you do your chest moves your triswill be spent so it will isolate your chest andit will have to work harder. Same with your back, do your biceps first so when you get to your back your bicepswont be able to help as much and your back will get a great work out. <----Needs to loose about 15lbs.
