Suicide20
Where is this levelshot at?!?!?!?! When you play the demo or start a new SP game this level shot pops up... Q.Well S20 why don't you look in the pk3 file under levelshots and look? A. I have, for kejim post and the demo all they have is a 64x64 black texture. Q. Did you take this black texture and make it your levelshot, to see if it would work? A. I have, and it didn't work.../:( So does anyone know how to get the A long time ago in a... message to show up as your level shot? Thanks
000nate
You could make the message pop up right when your taking the shot by using the target_print thing. Or you could edit the level shots (which I beleive are .tga files) You are probably going to need to download a free trial of some nifty software to do that though. dvader28
by the looks of it, this isn't actually a screenshot....what raven have done is stretched that little black square to make a black background, and the text is added by the game. you could go through the source code, but they're only .h files....the text is more than likely in the actual game .c files...sorry! of course, if you want that screen, all you have to do is make your own .jpg (extract a pre-made one and use the same attributes, colour depth, size etc), call it the same as your map, and put it in the right directory
Wudan
Not to mention, no source for SP.
