Burrie
Two green blades for me. I can't wait to play my Soldier/Jedi Consular character... it's gonna be great
Yozorama
Well, two lightsabers might be fun when pushing back several Sith troopers, but when it comes to facing a Sith Lord, or something like that, I prefer one single-bladed orange (if possible) lightsaber. (Hmm... how do the old Jedi saying go? Better one blade for you and one for your bud than dual blades for you and buddy down-strucken in the mud )
Ulic Qel-Droma
yes it would be more glorious to face a dark lord of the sith with one lightsaber rather than 2 but remember you may have two lightsabers ut you can put one of them in your inventory and yust use one of them but you will still have two lightsabers. ill duel the sith lords with 1 and take out the ribish with 2 or a double bladed saber ill have many sabers mwhahahah ill be the saber lord
dark jedi 8
What if you face him with a double-bladed lightsaber, that really wouldn't be to fair, unless he pulls one out to? That would be a surprise!
Aerothorn
I don't have as much a problem with people doing it in single player games, just in multiplayer- there should be, like, 1 person in all of Star Wars Galaxies who can use double bladed or dual sabers. Ditto with KOTOR- if your charecter can do it pretty much no other charecters should be able to, 1 other charecter at max.
Naphtali
Originally posted by Hannibal You say that now. Like i said i believe one, is the best, like i said double blade, or dual sabers, greatly reduces mobility, and types of strikes are limited. Power is more limited with dual sabers because you wield both with one hand. Double blade leaves you with diagnol and horizontal strikes. However the attacking advantage is obviously greater for both unique styles in the game. Like i said their are dissadvantages more than stated, and their are advantages more than i stated, but you get the jest of it, right. It comes down to philosphy and if you not confindent in your skills then you better hope you avoid serious competition or you'll be exposed as weak, gimmicky or mediocre as best
