I mean when you start out in the game you aren't loaded with items, or money...so they will build bad cities unless they wait until they have enough items, money, members, etc. Also I like your sig and that's how babies are made...

I have seen some great city plans, but I have seen more three man orgs planning to build a city with next to no plans. You'd think these guys would hook up with one of the better more organized PAs. Oh well.

I mean also when you have only 2 members in your PA, combine your PA with another. That would be logical so the dream of building cities will become a reality(in the game of course). I still think that most PA's will fail in there plans of a colony/city being built. I've seen this in many games before, it is mostly the same, they have a huge plan for the PA then it just doesn't turn out. People drop out of the PA from boredom then the PA colaspes. (I think I misspelled colaspes)
